Armadillo Platter
Here are a few of the platters from yesterday's firing. I took the photos at night under fluorescent lights so they could be better.
Cabin by the Lake Platter
Running Hare Platter
Log Cabin Platter
Egret Platter
Night Owl Platter
I had my first basket weaving class last night and there's a basket workshop the next two days so more about this firing later. I have questions about rims, molds, and under glazes. This post is part of
Mud Colony what's happening in the studio. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
Love the critters :)

Hi Vicki, thanks so much. I am glad I finally got all this work fired.
ReplyDeleteLovely new work Linda! I especially love the critters!! I think the armadillo is my very favourite! Are they are chartreuse in colour?
ReplyDeleteHi Brenda, thanks so much, that must be my camera lighting making them chartreuse in color, they are various under glazes brushed on and then a clear glaze over the top of them
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteLove the Armadillo Platter particularly :)
Hi Sadhana, thanks, I made the armadillo because one visited our yard, so cool to see them in person rooting around in the grass.
ReplyDeleteIlike them all, particularly the cabins...they are quite lovely. And of course, I like the hare. Nice!
