The polarizing filters for my 35 mm camera years ago would have made these photosreally pop. Gary got our dvd machine to work in our RV. We actually watched two movies today. First movies we've watched in I don't know how long. Many, many years actually. TV reception and internet are non existent here; I have to go to the laundry room to get on the internet.
There are several houses we're thinking about making offers on. We're now shooting for moving in before Christmas or the New Year. I've been thinking of all of you working in clay and wishing I was doing the same. I have several sculpture ideas I'm itching to make in clay, hopefully my thoughts and dreams will be realized soon. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
Such a glorious spot. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteAnd I hope that your dreams come true - very soon.
Lovely pictures, even without filters!
ReplyDeleteOur leaves here in the north are almost all gone now. A lot of trees are bare with all the wind and rain we've been having. It looks lovely there where you are.
ReplyDeleteThe rain and wind is taking down all but the most intrepid leaves, here in NE Ohio. They do seem to go in order, oaks last.
ReplyDeleteMy dad used a polarizing lens for years. His blue skies were the envy of all who saw the slides.
I'm sure it will be nice to be settled again.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the Georgia mountains. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors, really. It looks so nice, so calm under blue sky...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful autumn leaves! Our leaves in my neighborhood have not yet fully turned colors: some leaves are still green.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I hope the move goes smoothly!!
Good luck with your house hunt. I remember how excited I was to find mine in Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a beautiful area, I can understand the calling to live there.
ReplyDeleteWe traveled that highway last year. It's truly gorgeous, like being in a postcard. But you're waaaay more talented with a camera than I am. Your photos are breathtaking!
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone, thanks, limited time on the internet here, more later, still looking; hopefully soon we'll find that special place.
