Balsamic Honey Radicchio with Blue Cheese


I love blue cheese and Gary does not
so more balsamic honey radicchio with blue cheese for me.
Yes, the radicchio did loose a bit of its color
but it didn't loose its taste.

Remove leaves from half a head of radicchio
and break or cut into bite sized pieces

Wilt radicchio in one tablespoon of olive or avocado oil
When wilted sprinkle in one tablespoon of dark balsamic vinegar
then drizzle one tablespoon of honey over the mixture.
Easy, quick, and oh so tasty.
