Flounder Fillets with Bell Peppers & Capers


Flounder Fillets with Bell Peppers & Capers is a breeze to make.
Pat flounder fillets dry and salt and pepper each side.
Finely chop a small red or orange bell pepper.
Drain 2 tablespoons of capers.

Saute peppers in butter till they are soft.
Remove while straining the bell peppers.
Add flounder fillets and saute for about two minutes.
Flip flounder fillets over and then,
Sprinkle peppers over the top along with the drained capers.
Add a squeeze of lemon, about a tablespoon of juice.
Cook two more minutes or when a
Fork inserted in thickest part offers no resistence.
Serve immediately. Delicious and so quick to make.
