In a separate bowl whisk olive oil, white balsamic vinegar,
add a tablespoon of dijon mustard, and
a dash of worchestershire sauce if you wish.
When whisked, pour over salad and toss salad till coated.
Sprinkle some grated parmesan or asiago cheese and that's it.
Add croutons (made with day old bread) if you like.
