this may be the last clafoutis I ever make! I pulled out my left arm muscle on the inside of my arm from my shoulder down to my elbow and it hurts just sitting here. I am totatally debilitated this morning. I'm pretty sure I did it putting this clafoutis in the oven.
I first melt the butter in the oven, then take it out,
then put a 1/3 of the batter in and it bakes for 7 minutes,
then I take it out, add the fruit and remaining batter
and put it back in for 45 min then take it out.
Just too much heavy lifting for my mid 70s muscles I guess.
I need one of those ovens that open sideways instead of down
and they cost a fortune.
