devein the prawns and remove shells keeping the tail.
butterfly the prawns cutting through the middle but not al the way
add a compound butter of minced garlic and fresh parsley
bake in preheated 400 F oven for 5 minutes
Serve over black soybean noodles along with snow peas
and a dipping sauce of sautéed shallot and ginger in butter
with lemon and wine reduced till thick.
All that work and these were gone in no time.
