Simply Green for Dinner

Simply Green for Dinner
Modified Caesar Salad & Steamed Asparagus


I just steam the asparagus.
For the Caesar salad I tear the romaine leaves,
chop up some anchovies, grate some asiago cheese,
sprinkle a bit of pepper, then toss with oil & white balsamic vinegar.
We both like anchovies so we relish this type of salad.
