Quarter the radicchio and drizzle with avocado oil.

and heat it up till it's nice and hot.

While radicchio is charring, about 2 - 3 minutes each side,
whisk 2 tbs avocado oil, 2 tbs balsamic vinegar, 2 tbs lemon juice,
2 tbs honey, 4 anchovy mashed with the back of a spoon.
Place radicchio on a plate and drizzle dressing over the top.
Place some shaved hard cheese of your choice over the top.
Let radicchio sit for 10 minutes so dressing is absorbed.
Serve and enjoy !
