I had some potatoes and carrots to use up,
so I decided to make them scalloped.
There are some sliced onions on the bottom too.
They're all sliced on a mandolin very thin.
When I made the sauce I didn't have any corn starch,
so I used potato starch, and some grated cheese
added into the milk. Pour sauce over the top,
then bake at 350 F for half an hour.
