Blistered Tomatoes, Simple, Easy, & Quick

what do you do when you have 
an overabundance of small tomatoes ?
I decided to separate them into groups.
First the chocolate sprinkles.
Next the large cherry, roma, and juliet.
Lastly the smallest tomatoes.
Why did I separate them into sizes?
Because each size will cook at a different rate.
Heat a tablespoon of olive or avocado oil
on medium high till shimmering.
Toss in your small tomatoes and let them sit
without disturbing for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile remove your fresh basil from the stems.

Chop the fresh basil and micro-grate two garlic cloves.
When tomatoes are blistered and a few start to break down
add the garlic and a pinch of sugar and stir for one minute more.
Remove from heat and add your chopped fresh basil.
Oh so delicious and ready in no time.
