I set out to make some gluten free crackers. I wanted the crackers to be softer, not crisp. So I decided to adapt a recipe for graham crackers. Well they are too soft and too sweet, back to the drawing board.
Not only that but they rose up quite a bit. It was late and I only wanted to make one batch so I crowded them onto the pan, my mistake. I'll post a recipe when I get this task perfected.
