Lemon Yogurt Pudding
1 quart Greek yogurt (32 fl oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
zest and juice of one lemon
In less than fifteen minutes you can have a delicious dessert. Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest. Next whisk in Greek yogurt till blended. Spoon into dishes and serve immediately or refrigerate till ready to serve. I did zest another lemon to put on the top. Wondering if I should have added some vanilla. What do you think?
That sounds good. Speaking for myself a little vanilla never goes astray.
