German Red Cabbage
1 small yellow onion chopped fine
half a head of red cabbage chopped fine
2 honey crisp apples chopped fine
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs butter
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
pinch of sugar
1 tsp allspice
Sauté onion in olive oil, add cabbage, apples, butter, apple cider vinegar, and allspice. Continue to cook on stovetop till completely wilted and all ingredients are incorporated. Probably will take about an hour or so. Enjoy !
