Mushroom Ricotta Pasta GF

I needed to use up some mushrooms
so I decided to make Mushroom Ricotta Pasta.
Cook your pasta al dente gf, be sure to salt the water.
Meanwhile slice your mushrooms into quarter inch slices
and if stems are large slice those separately.
Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter till softened.
Add two minced garlic and sauté for one minute longer.
Stir in pasta, add ricotta, then add pasta water to thin if necessary.
Add salt and pepper to taste and a bit of grated parmesan if desired.
