Remember the previous t shirt I didn't like?
Well Gary picked a bunch of oxalis for me.
I re-wetted the t shirt and scattered oxalis over the front and back.
Low and behold it discharged (removed) some of the dye from the t shirt.

Below is what it looked like before re printing.
I didn't like the look of this one so decided to try and modify it.
I learned something and it worked.
Barrier inside, on reverse and top, steamed for 45 minutes.
Next time I will use leaves with a little more definition.
As you probably know oxalis, looks like a clover,
has tiny leaves and small yellow flowers and is quite the pest.
But oxalic acid in the leaves removes the dye where it isn't wanted.
There is a lot of chemistry involved in eco printing.
Keeps my mind active and inquiring.
Wonderful - and I like the revised version better.
