Venison Tenderloin Medallions with Horseradish

Breaded with gf flour, pan fried, minutes and it's ready.
Served with steamed asparagus.
Who knew venison tastes really good with horseradish.
Eating cold leftovers the next day Gary said
this tastes like chicken fried steak.
Could it have been the flour I dredged it in?
