Rosehip Syrup

 
Rosehip Syrup

500g of rosehips
250g of honey
1 lemon
1 liter of water

Boil water, add the rosehips and lemon juice, cook for 10 minutes and rub through a sieve with a wooden spoon, once warm add honey and mix well. Perfect for teas, infusions, add 20% syrup to 80% of your tincture, oatmeal, yogurts or shakes. Get your vitamin C. Not sure where I got the recipe or photo now but this is the time of year to gather rosehips.
