Oysters, Mushroom & Garlic Black Pasta


Oyster, Mushroom, Garlic Black Pasta

My fish soup was so thick I decided not to add the oysters.
So today I cooked some pasta. While that was cooking
I sautéed mushroom, then added minced garlic,
then some cream. I drained the pasta and added the oysters,
then the creamy garlicy mushroom sauce.
A few scallions were tossed on top for a garnish.
Was delicious and hit the spot.
Oysters were rather hard to toss in the pasta,
not sure how to remedy that,
perhaps a larger size pasta.
Gary said the pasta was like a mop but tasted good.
