Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower

Separate cauliflower into bite sized florets.
Toss and marinate cauliflower with a mixture of olive oil,
balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, thyme, rosemary,
honey, salt, pepper, then adjust your seasonings.
Just dab your finger in the marinade to taste it.

Preheat oven to 425 F and bake for 30 minutes or less.
Cook till a fork easily penetrates the florets.
Every time I make this Gary says he hates cauliflower,
but he eats every bite, and every bit of it he is served.
