Simply Salmon & Salad

Simply Salmon and Salad

Salmon fillets placed on bed of thin sliced onions and lemon slices.
Then topped with more lemon slices and wrapped in parchment.
Salmon was baked in oven at 400 F for 30 minutes.
Salad tossed with anchovies and their oil and white balsamic vinegar.
We love our anchovies, no salt needed on salad.
