Creamy Mushroom Pasta


Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Sauté 1-1/2 pints of mushrooms in butter and olive oil.
When soft set them aside. Meanwhile cook your pasta al dente.
Micro plane 3 cloves garlic, add zest from one lemon,
and juice from half the lemon. Add cooked pasta to pan
then stir in the sautéed mushrooms and add 1/4 cup heavy cream.
Stir in some fresh or dried parsley and serve immediately.
Sprinkle each serving with some grated asiago or parmesan cheese.
