Baked Honeynut Squash


Baked Honeynut Squash

My new favorite squash.
Bake face down in water for half an hour at 350 F,
 then turn it over and put a pat of butter and bit of turbinado sugar.
oh and I forgot, just a bit of cinnamon too.
Just look at the rich golden color of the flesh.
