Shoestring Taters

Sometimes I have a craving for something crunchy.
So this evening I fried up one potato in peanut oil.
I cut the potato in thin slices called shoestring fries.
Make sure your oil is good and hot and don't leave unattended.
One medium tater makes a lot of fries.
A dash of salt and that's all she wrote.
