Vegetable Medley and Bronzino Steak


Vegetable Medley with Bronzino Steak

I just sautéed the vegetables in olive oil,
the tomatoes were from our garden and they were delicious.
In a separate pan I did the same with the bronzino fish steak.

The skin of the fish is rather tough
so we peeled it away.
 Leaving it on during cooking keeps the fish intact.
Quick and easy for a hot summer day.
