Another Basil Harvest and Frozen Pesto

 

Another Basil Harvest

I just keep clipping the tops of the basil plants
and they keep growing and providing more leaves,
then leaves are pinched off the stems

basil pesto is made with olive oil, micro-minced garlic,
a little lemon juice to keep the color and is ready to be frozen.
So thankful, I'm able to grow as much as I do.
