This time I used one more peach in my clafoutis recipe.
Inside is a thick layer of peaches
and on top is one more peach, definitely worth it.

I also substituted sour cream for the ricotta cheese
and baked the peach clafoutis for a little less time.
It tasted more custard like and is definitely a winner.
It pays to tweak your own recipes now and then.
