Roasting Peppers and Maters for Future Salsa

Our peppers and tomatoes are ripening at the same time.
 I didn't want to waste them,
so I cut them up and roasted them to freeze for a future salsa.
Roast at 400 F for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and place in a storage container or bag,
Label and then freeze for future use.
