Seeking North GA Candy Roaster Squash
There is only one farm I know of which grows this squash. If you see it buy one, because you're in for a treat. It is sweet and makes great pumpkin pies. It's also good in savory dishes. Be prepared to freeze some because this is one huge squash. This one is about three feet long. Happy looking and cooking.
