Pan Seared Butter Basted Snapper

Cut up your okra, toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile have your snapper fillet at room temperature.
Salt and pepper your snapper fillets on both sides,
then dredge in flour and shake off well.
Saute snapper in olive oil till seared on both sides,
then add two tablespoons of butter till melted
and tip pan to baste with the butter.
A quick and easy meal.
