A homeowners job is never done.
Here's Gary filling the cracks with a crack sealer.
Later he puts a top coat of oil to protect the blacktop.

One year we did hire someone to do the job,
but what they did was so poorly done
it didn't even last a few months.
Supposedly they were a professional.
Plus the cost twice as much as us doing it ourselves.

Due to inflation we're forced to do all the work ourselves.
With ever increasing taxes and price of goods
not sure how long we can keep up with all this.
Seniors deserve a break to they can stay in their homes.
