Soft gf Biscuits

 
Soft GF Biscuits
3 cups 1:1 gf flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package of instant rapid rise yeast
2 tablespoons psyllium powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups warm water\
1 beaten egg

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water and set aside. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir well, and drop by spoonful's onto parchment lines baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes and cool on a rack.
