Creamy Garlic Cabbage


Creamy Garlic Cabbage

Sauté 8 minced garlic cloves in olive oil. Add 1-2 tablespoons gf flour. Cook two minutes making sure mixture doesn't burn. Add 1/2 cup of cream or half and half. I used napa cabbage. For other cabbage boil for 2 minutes then drain and add to creamy garlic mixture. Cook till cabbage is wilted down then serve immediately. Gary looked at it and turned his nose up. After eating two bites he remarked how good it was.
