1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon psyllium powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 package rapid rise yeast
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs beaten slightly
Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Place yeast, sugar, and warm water in separate bowl. Beat eggs and add olive oil to eggs. Let yeast bloom for 1/2 hour. Add egg mixture to yeast mixture and pour into dry ingredients. Mix till just blended. Drop by tablespoons onto parchment lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with seeds of your choice. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Immediately place on wire rack to cool.
