Strawberries and Real Whipped Cream
I've had a hankering for summer fruit lately. Might be because summer is winding down. Take some time to slice up the strawberries and toss in a little sugar and let sit till room temperature and strawberries start to release some juices. Meanwhile take some whipping cream and whip it your self with a hand held mixer till soft peaks form. I might have over whipped mine a bit. Dollop some of the whipped cream over the strawberries and enjoy. It was so delicious.
