Roasted Shelled Edamame


 Roasted Shelled Edamame

Saw some frozen edamame at Aldi.
Purchased a bag. Cooked them in boiling water.
Next I shelled them, dried them, then
coated the in olive oil and herbs.
Roasted them on parchment in the oven
for about 30 minutes, turning them once.
When dry I tossed some sesame seeds on the top.
A lot of work but worth learning something new.
