For some reason my photos will not load into blogger so the photo will be on fb. You can access it via my name Linda Starr and friend me to see my content. Will have to be this way till I can figure it all out. If yo have any insight, please let me know.
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
2-1/2 cups just tart cherry juice without added ingredients
Cook sugar and water in a nonreactive saucepan till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Freeze in saucepan till mixture begins to solidify. Break up mixture with a fork as it freezes. When mixture is almost frozen, transfer to individual freeze safe containers, cover and freeze. Remove from the freezer 1/2 hour before serving. So delicious
