Yesterday I thought to go big and tall. I started with a ten inch base which swelled to twelve inches then I started to taper in and finally ended up with eighteen inches tall. Just tall enough to fit in the kiln, I hope.
Gary came by and said can you pick it up. Just barely I said. Oh so very carefully did I pick it up and move it to another dry piece of sheetrock. And now several times more to keep the bottom nice and dry. It's about twelve pounds or more but will loose weight as it dries. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
