Two More & Thai Peanut Shrimp

Here are a couple more of the vessels one weed vases. Other names given by blogger friends and clay buddies are mummy vase, hornet's nest, michelin man, among others. These are about twelve and ten inches tall. I'm almost out of clay and hoping the recent work dries quickly so I can fire a full load. Wednesday we're expecting a high of 32 and a low of 9, that's cold.

If  you want to spice up your shrimp you can add some Thai peanut sauce. I saute the mushrooms first and then set aside, then saute the onion, garlic, ginger, then toss in the bell peppers till wilted a bit. Then I set those aside. Then I saute the shrimp and add in the peanut sauce. Then I add all the vegetables back again. I serve the Thai Peanut Shrimp with some brown rice. I make a big batch so we'll have left overs.

Got the peanut sauce right at my local grocery store in the international section. It's very flavorful, a little tangy but not really hot. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
