Not A Full Load
I'm firing a glaze load today but it's not a full load. I wanted to get all the work fired which I've worked on over the last several weeks. The tall triangular vase I made in Florida and I am finally getting around to firing it. I might rearrange the left hand side of the kiln before firing. Stay tuned for the results. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

Good luck. I hope the firing goes really, really well.
ReplyDeleteHi Elephant's child, thanks, me too, fingers crossed.
DeleteI imagine this is a busy time for you...the lead-up to Christmas.
ReplyDeleteHi Lee, thanks, not to busy but then again a potter's work and experiments are never ending, the work I do is so all consuming most of the time. I hope to work smarter instead of longer in the new year.
DeleteI have to say, Linda, when you titled your post, "not a full load"... I wasn't thinking of kilns, but mental capacity. That's about where I am these days.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the firing!
Hi Rian, thanks, I hear you when you get to a certain age the mental capacity is something to consider that's for sure.. it's cooling down now so stay tuned.
