Made some dipping olive oil with herbs with oregano & parsley.
Don't know whether this is true or not but
the olive oil seemed salty, tried avocado oil and it was not?
Here they are before baking.
Sprinkled with some chives, poppy seeds, or sesame seeds.
Cooling off after baking,
they are slightly crunchy on the outside
and soft and moist on the inside.
If you use a microwave, you can wrap them in
a damp paper towel, then warm them in the microwave
and they feel like they just came out of the oven.
