Gravlax Salmon, Cream Cheese & Caviar

Found another use for my GF spinach wraps.
Top with gravlax salmon, cream cheese & caviar.
Purchased the caviar at Ingles.
It's not too expensive since a little goes a long way.
I didn't toast the wrap, next time I will.

Cut one up into pie shapes spread with softened cream cheese,
sprinkle with chives and fresh ground black pepper
or you could use fresh or dried dill.

Top with your caviar, no need for salt as cavier has enough saltiness.
This caviar is lumpfish roe, not from sturgeon.

There you have it a decadent appetizer
quick and easy to make.
