Pork Chops Cuban Style

Made Cuban style pork chops again.
Aldi had thin cut boneless pack of chops half price.

Saute in a hot frying pan.
Served with asparagus and roasted potatoes
and a gravy made from the marinade.

Most recipes say not to re-use the marinade for a gravy,
but I cook mine very well so there's no danger to use it.
Why should I waste the ingredients?
