I've posted about pesto before,
but this time I made it a little different.
I had parsley, mint and a bit of romaine to use up.
I chopped them added some olive oil,
lemon juice, and minced garlic to my blender.
Add the olive oil first so othe leaves don't bind up.
The addition of the romaine made the pesto somewhat bland.
No worries because greens are good for us.
