I've made clafoutis many times and each time it's completely different.
Now look here, someone already sampled the clafoutis.
This time I used buttermilk instead of regular milk
and the batter didn't settle in the middle.
Then again the batter didn't rise like it usually does either.
Still it was delicious. Click the link for the recipe above and
substitute buttermilk for regular milk.

I often made clafoutis using various fruit when I was cooking in restaurants..None since ceasing work. They are delicious, and yours looks delicious, I must say! :)
