My Lilac Bloomed !

My lilac was planted about four years ago.
Last year I got one blossom.
I was beginning to wonder. 

The plant is still sparse in leaves and leggy.
I'd sorely like to bring one blossom in the house;
but dare I cut even one off the shrub.
I'll have to think about it.

I'm just thankful my lilac is finally coming into it's own.

I dreamed of flowers and I got flowers and fragrant ones too.
