Smoked Salmon Roll Ups

Take each smoked salmon lox piece and spread with cream cheese.
Next sprinkle with capers and sautéed shallot.
I'd use raw shallots but Gary can't handle them.
Then take the salmon smaller side and roll all of it up into a tube.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and enjoy !
