Cod with Béarnaise Sauce
It ended up that the crab was better
without the béarnaise sauce.
So the next day I made pan sautéed cod
and topped the cod with the béarnaise sauce.
The béarnaise sauce was a little thick
But it melted into the fish.
The peppers are shishito and roasted potatoes.
