Argentine Shrimp with Asian Ginger Lime Butter Sauce & Vegetable Brown Rice

Argentine Shrimp with Asian Ginger Sauce & Vegetable Brown Rice

2 pounds of Wild Red Argentine Shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 tablespoon oil to sauté shrimp

6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
1 lime, should yield 1 teaspoon of zest and 1 tablespoon of juice
1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tsp corn starch mixed with enough water to blend smooth

1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup water
salt for water
1/2 onion chopped in half slivers
2 stalks celery chopped small
5 mini peppers chopped small
1 tablespoon of oil to sauté 

Prepare rice first. While rice is cooking sauté vegetables till soft. Add vegetables to the rice. Meanwhile prepare sauce, whisking to prevent separation. Mine did separate but still tasted good. Sauté your shrimp till al dente then add the sauce. Tasty !
