1-1/4 cups 1:1 gf flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 real maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 cup almond butter or finely ground almonds
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients till just blended. Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes till slightly stiff. Scoop 1 inch balls onto a cookie sheet and press down the center with a folks. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes till very lightly brown. Take out of oven and let cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Move to a open grid drying rack and let cool for another 10 minutes. When completely cool store in an air tight container. Of course you need to test at least 3 or 4 cookies. Don't deny yourself.
